CRÓNICA DÍA 23 DE JULIO (II ENCUENTRO MUNDIAL DE EDUCADORES CLARETIANOS)

Dicen los más trasnochadores que esta madrugada ha temblado el suelo de Vic. ¿Será el poder de la educación?

Comenzamos el segundo día del encuentro con la eucaristía, animada por las misioneras claretianas de la provincia Norte, presidida por Juanjo Raya, cmf. La parábola del Sembrador, que nos ofrece la liturgia de hoy, bien puede ser la parábola del Educador. Santa Brígida de Suecia, patrona de Europa, cuya fiesta celebramos, nos sirve de ejemplo, junto con las ineludibles referencia a San Antonio Mª Claret, educador, misionero y sembrador de evangelio.

La primera ponencia de la mañana a cargo de Antonio M. Vilarrubias, cmf, que nos acerca al contexto vital del Fundador. Hemos tenido puntual conocimiento de la situación religiosa, social y de las grandes personalidades que son influencia importante en la infancia y juventud de San Antonio Mª Claret.

“El carisma de Claret en la educación” ocupó el segundo momento de trabajo de la mañana. Antonio Bellela, cmf, director del CESC, expone cómo nuestro Fundador va descubriendo la educación como medio evangelizador desde su responsabilidad pastoral, poniendo en marcha instituciones y obras educativas para armonizar “la luces del siglo con las luces de la fe”.

El trabajo de la tarde se inicia compartiendo en grupos nuestras impresiones de lo escuchado en las distintas ponencias sobre la dimensión carismática de la educación.

La tarde concluye con la presentación de distintas experiencias que se están llevando a cabo en distintos colegios: FEAC ( Familia Escuela Acción Compartida) un modo de propiciar un espacio de diálogo de toda la comunidad educativa ( padres, profesores y alumnos) desarrollado en las Escuelas Cristinas de Cataluña. El Proyecto de Educación Social (PES) realizado en los colegios de la Provincia claretiana de Bética.

En clima de oración terminamos nuestra jornada animada por los participantes de la Provincia norte de las Claretianas.

Night owl people said that there was an earthquake in Vic during the early morning hours of today. Is it due to the power of Education?

We started the second day of the Encounter with the Eucharist animated by the Claretian Sisters of North of Spain Province. The mass was presided by Juanjo Raya, CMF. The parable of the Sower of today’s gospel can be easily applied to the Educator. St. Bridget of Sweden, Patroness of Europe, whose feast we celebrate today, and Claret serve us as inspiration to become like them, educators, missionaries and sower of the Gospel.

During the first morning session Fr. Antonio Vilarrubias, CMF, presented the family and social background of the Founder. We came to know the religious and social situation of his time and many important people who had strong influence on him during his childhood and youth periods.

“The charism of Claret and Education” was the topic during the second morning session. Fr. Antonio Bellela, CMF, Director of CESC explained to u show our Founder discovered the value of Education as instrument for evangelization, creating institutions and taking education initiatives in order to harmonize both “the lights of the century and the lights of the faith”.

Our first activity this afternoon was a small group session to share our reactions to the two previous talks on the charismatic dimension of our Education.

At the end of the afternoon there were two presentations about two different education taking place in some of our schools: FEAC ( Familia Escuela Acción Compartida – Shared Action between Family and School) a way to create space for dialogue of the whole education community (parents, professors, and students). FEAC is a program developed by Catholic Schools of Catalonia.

PES (El Proyecto de Educación Social). A Social Education Project implemented in the schools of Betica Province.

We ended our day’s work with an evening prayer animated by the participants of the Province of the North of the Claretian sisters.
